Hello, I’m Khalel, and I joined McCoy Manila as SAP BI Junior Consultant right after graduating in August 2023. Let me share a bit about my journey with McCoy so far. Starting out with McCoy Manila’s Junior Program was a great introduction to the company's culture and work ethic. The BU leads have been incredibly supportive, and I've enjoyed collaborating with the entire team. The work culture here is positive and inclusive, which has made settling in quite easy.​

One of the things I appreciate most about McCoy Manila is their investment in my skills development. They’ve provided me with hands-on experiences in BI/BW and SAC, thanks to access to a sandbox environment. Additionally, I’ve had the chance to explore different SAP modules like SAP ABAP and SAP Basis, which has broadened my understanding of the field.​

Beyond SAP, McCoy Manila has also encouraged me to expand my horizons by learning about power platforms. It’s been an exciting journey of growth and discovery, and I’m grateful for the opportunities McCoy has provided me.​

Reflecting on my experience at McCoy, a few key takeaways emerge. Firstly, I've honed my adaptability, especially in navigating various technologies provided by McCoy. Secondly, the work culture at McCoy Manila pleasantly surprised me, diverging from my initial expectations in a positive way. Lastly, my time here has been marked by significant professional growth. Overall, I'm grateful for the opportunities, challenges, learnings, and supportive environment McCoy has provided, and I'm excited to continue growing both personally and professionally.​
