McCoy & Partners is founded in 2012 in the Netherlands. The organization grew organically to over 350 employees globally including the 50 employees in McCoy Manila. Each employee is encouraged of entrepreneurial thinking, innovation and core values. This has resulted in numerous awards with FD Gazelle Aware (3 years in a row), Great Place to Work and SAP Quality Awards (5 years in a row) as the most prominent prizes.
APJ Region expansion
In 2021, McCoy and Partners, a global SAP Gold partner, expanded its presence in the Philippines, aiming to enhance customer value in the Asia Pacific and Japan (APJ) region. Then, in 2023, McCoy Manila finalized a partnership agreement with SAP Philippines, solidifying its status as an SAP partner for the Philippine market.
