Senior IBP Consultant


The person hired for the position of Senior SAP IBP Consultant will be responsible for the design and implementation of SAP IBP software. This position requires knowledge and expertise with deploying SAP IBP modules such as Supply Chain Control Tower, S&OP, Demand, Response and Supply, Inventory Optimization and DDMRP. The person hired for the position of Senior SAP IBP Consultant will be responsible for requirements gathering, configuration and design of the IBP system, and support deployments from blueprint through hypercare.

Primary Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

  • Design, create, and document SAP IBP applications and functionality in support of Supply Chain functions in different businesses. This includes full lifecycle deliverables from Blueprinting to Deployment.

  • Support deployments in terms of configuration, functional design, process standardization, training and go live support.


You have bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science or closely related discipline.

  • At least 8 years of experience working as an APO/IBP Consultant

  • Have at least 2 IBP Full-cycle implementation as the functional lead

  • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in at least two of the SAP IBP modules with model configuration and planning

  • Extensive business process and functional knowledge of Supply Chain fundamentals and Supply Chain analytics

  • Can work independently in the IBP space with minimal supervision and is able to mentor Junior team members

  • Ability to work across a highly matrixed organization to accomplish goals

  • Should possesses strong understanding of application development and system design

  • Good judgment, decision-making, and communication skills to objectively understand an issue and negotiate a resolution

  • Experience with Lean/Agile methodology
